Trudy Lynn

In the beginning, there was help.

. Thank you, Kathryn Neiswender, for teaching me about art.  And, thank you for calling me up one night to tell me I should be a writer!
Thank you, Jack Johnston, for teaching me about doll making.  Your are a leader and an inspiration.
Thank you, Ginger Peloquin for teaching me about art and molds and casting.  You are a real artist!
It's not how you start - it's how you finish!  Thank you Elsie, Deborah, Linda, Deb, Loree, Debbie, Paula, Susan, Dennis, Joni, Naomi, Sarah, Betty....

Trudy set out to share her love of people by desiging a doll that could enhance and complete a cultural story. This plan soon rekindled her love of dolls and grew into a passion for making dolls.
Her first inclination was to form a baby out of a lump of clay. Those first sculpted doll designs gave way to designs that benefit from a myriad of marvelous dollmakers around the world. Trudy still enjoys sculpting and designing babies and toddlers, and those rare one-of-a-kind creations are extreemly limited. Her own newborned creations are also limited and often represent the richness of the cultures she writes about.
